La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway to Offer Traditional Thanksgiving Feast

at Wynn Las Vegas will celebrate Thanksgiving with a holiday feast prepared by Executive Chef Billy DeMarco on Thursday, Nov. 28. 

Priced at $59 per person, the restaurant will offer a four-course dinner with optional wine pairings for an additional $35 per person. The menu will begin with butternut squash soup made with spiced brandy zabaglione and toasted pumpkin seeds, paired with Gary Farrell, Chardonnay, 2010. The second-course will include dried berry salad with candied walnuts, pomegranates, shaved goat cheese and topped with apple cider vinegar and will go well with Villa Ponciago, les Hauts du Py, Gamay, 2010. The main course will feature succulent turkey accompanied with dried fruit cornbread stuffing and sweet potato puree, paired with Miura, Pinot Noir, 2009. To conclude the meal, the restaurant will offer the traditional pumpkin pie complemented by Kracher Cuvée, Beerenauslese, 2009.

La Cave is located inside Wynn Las Vegas and is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
