La Comida Toasts to Happy Hour with Drinks and Bites in Downtown Las Vegas
¡Arriba, abajo, adentro! La Comida, Downtown Las Vegas’ vibrant Mexican eatery, has added a dash of spice to afternoons with a variety of happy hour offerings, available from 3 to 6 p.m., daily (Pictured: La Comida Nachos).
La Comida Prickly Pear Margarita
During happy hour, Downtown revelers can sip on La Comida’s signature margaritas and rotating select shots, priced at $5. Margarita selections include passion fruit, prickly pear, guava, blood orange, mango and tamarind; all made with fresh fruit purées, tequila reposado, sour mix, and garnished with a salted rim and lime wheel. The Mexican restaurant will also serve import, domestic and draft beers, priced at $4 during happy hour.
Appetizer selections, priced at $5 each, include nachos with guacamole, Oaxaca cheese, jalapenos, pico de gallo and beans; and chicken flautas with queso fresco, sour cream, tomato, cilantro and guacatillo salsa.
To keep the fiesta rolling all day long, bottomless mimosas are available daily, priced at $19. Mimosa flavors include traditional, blood orange and prickly pear. Seasonal cocktail pitchers are also available daily, priced at $25.
La Comida is located at 100 Sixth St. and is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; noon to midnight Friday – Saturday; and noon to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
