Starting Sunday, August 4, La Strega invites guests to enjoy Chef Gina’s carefully curated and decadent Italian-inspired brunch menu that will capture the state of the Italian coasts’ intoxicating energy accompanied by what is sure to be a lively daytime atmosphere. The charmingly sinful offerings from Chef Gina feature imaginative additions and masterful preparations of distinctly Italian dishes including menu items like Eggs in Purgatory (organic eggs, calabrian pomodoro, prosciutto, house bread – $16), The Salumeria Panini (salumi, cherry pepper aoli, provolone, black olives – $16), and pizzas like the Mortadella, (pistachio, fior di latte, poached egg)– taking brunch guests around Italy by the forkful.
