Former pastry chef and baker, Chef Sonia El-Nawal’s blends global styles with a warm inviting atmosphere, creating a neighborhood stop for all. On Thursday, May 30, 11am – 3pm, Rooster Boy Cafe is partnering with Secret Burger and featuring a Roasted Vienna Hot Dog, topped with secret spiced relish, whole grain mustard, and served on a grilled homemade brioche bun over crispy gaufrettes potatoes. Priced at only $12 each and can be reserved at secretburger.com. The nutritional selections, featuring dairy and gluten free and vegan menu items, cater to many palettes and feature healthy and local farm fresh organic ingredients. Americana, by Chef Stephen Blandino, offers fine dining with a blended cultural theme of modern American cuisine with a lakeside setting. It’s authentic dishes draw inspiration from early American cuisine with mixed European interpretations. Each Tuesday, is $1 All-You-Can-Eat Oyster Night and every Wednesday is the seafood favorite special, $20 1 1/2 lbs. main lobsters, 3pm – close.
