Las Vegas Business Academy to Host 7th Annual Fundraiser with Lost ‘80s Experience Sept. 8 at DLVEC
Las Vegas Business Academy (LVBA) will host the organization’s 7th annual fall fundraiser with The Lost ‘80s Experience presented by Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Saturday, Sept. 8 at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center.
Las Vegas Business Academy hosts several events throughout the year to garner awareness for the scholarship and mentor program offered through the academy. Every fall, LVBA hosts its annual fundraiser with partners of the local community, including hotels, entertainment and restaurants.
The LVBA is dedicated to the development of the next generation of business and community leaders in Las Vegas by providing exceptional UNLV graduate students with financial support, professional development and enrichment, as well as unparalleled mentorship and externship opportunities with top industry executives.
The Lost ‘80s Experience will feature an eclectic dine-around experience with cuisine from local award-winning chefs, libations, and an exclusive line-up of some of the most iconic acts of the ‘80s including A Flock of Seagulls, Wang Chung, The Romantics, Berlin and many more.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m., concert begins at 5:30 p.m. – 12 midnight, and the LVBA dine-around will take place from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. All proceeds will benefit LVBA scholarship programs for UNLV graduate students. For more information or to purchase tickets visit lvbanv.org/events.
