Las Vegas Valley Firefighters Practice Rescues atop The High Roller on Tuesday, March 7
Starting on Tuesday, March 7, The High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel, will host Las Vegas Valley firefighters for three days as they practice heavy rescue scenarios. 

The annual exercise provides Las Vegas Fire & Rescue firefighters unique opportunities to test their skills through a variety of rescue scenarios and review safety measures at 550 feet above the Las Vegas Strip.

The High Roller boasts numerous established safety protocols which the firefighters will route through in order to renew their rescue certifications.

WHEN:

  • Tuesday, March 7, 6:45 a.m. to 10 a.m.
  • 6:45 a.m. Firefighter crews arrive for set-up
  • 7:30 a.m. Training begins
