Lee Canyon Opening Draws More Than 800 Skiers/Snowboarders
Lee Canyon opened on December 14 at 9am. The first day of the area’s 57th winter season drew more than 800 skiers and snowboarders who were thrilled to discover all three three lifts (Rabbit Peak, BlueBird and Sherwood) were running and 60 percent of the mountain was open thanks to Mother Nature and Lee Canyon’s snowmaking capabilities.

Today was also the soft opening of Hillside Lodge, Lee Canyon’s new two-story, 10,000 square foot building offering indoor and outdoor spaces with sweeping views of Lee Canyon. The building’s official grand opening is January 10 at 10 a.m.
