Catering for 10 people, $150

  • 20 bones Mopped Baby Back Ribs ­ slow smoked pork baby back ribs, mopped with sweet and tangy Kansas City-style sauce ‘cue #1
  • 20 bones Memphis-Style Dry Rubbed Spareribs ­ slow smoked with dry rub, finished on the grill
  • 2 whole Smoked Chickens ­ brined and smoked with sea salt, pepper and house rub
  • 2 quarts Red Bliss Potato Salad
  • 2 quarts Coleslaw
  • 20 pieces of Cornbread with Honey Butter

Holiday diners can also skip the cookout altogether and take advantage of Pot Liquor’s air conditioning: Pot Liquor CAS is open on Saturday, July 4 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
