Local Restaurateur Elizabeth Blau Receives Big Foodie Honor
Last Thursday, restaurateur Elizabeth Blau received a great honor during the Global Conference of the Maitres Cuisiniers de France at The Venetian Las Vegas.
Blau was named Dame de L’année –Woman of the Year – for her commitment and contribution to the betterment of the culinary experience here in Las Vegas and around the U.S.
