Love Is In The Air with Trevi’s ‘That’s Amore’ Menu this Valentine’s Day
Celebrate your love this Valentine’s Day with Chef Peter Scaturro’s special ‘That’s Amore’ three-course couples menu exclusively on Friday, Feb. 14, at TREVI inside The Forum Shops at Caesars (Pictured: Love Potion #9).
Priced at $70 per couple, the prix fixe menu will feature a light starter, the option to choose between three classic Italian entrées and a delectable dessert to share. Guests will enjoy the option of pairing their meal with a bottle of Dark Horse Wine, priced at $30 per bottle, or TREVI’s signature Valentine’s Day cocktail, Love Potion Number 9, priced at $9 per person. The Love Potion Number 9 will be available exclusively on Friday, Feb. 14.
Spaghetti ice
Diners will begin their evening with the choice of a traditional Caesar salad, made with chopped romaine tossed in a homemade Caesar dressing and topped with shaved Parmesan and croutons; or fresh field greens mixed with tomatoes and crisp Italian crostini tossed in homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
Available entrées include classic lasagna made with a hearty meat sauce, ricotta and mozzarella; penne diavolo served with grilled chicken, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes tossed in a spicy tomato cream sauce; or fettuccine al pesto con gamberi tossed with sautéed shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and basil in a pesto cream sauce.
Couples will enjoy TREVI’s signature spaghetti ice for dessert. The unique gelato presentation is made from vanilla and chocolate flavors topped with a sweet strawberry sauce to mimic the classic Italian pasta dish.
TREVI is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
