Madame Tussauds Las Vegas Hosts 100 Children for Special Day with Merlin’s Magic Wand

Merlin’s Magic Wand, the charity of Madame Tussauds’ parent company, Merlin Entertainments, worked with Communities in Schools of Nevada (CIS), specifically elementary students from Elaine Wynn Elementary, to make the big day a reality.

The children were welcomed to celebrate the opening of Merlin Entertainment’s 100th attraction, SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord, which opened in February. Each of Merlin’s 100 global attractions is welcoming 100 children through Merlin’s Magic Wand, with a goal of 10,000 deserving children receiving a memorable visit to the attractions around the world.

Upon the children’s arrival, they received a special welcome from a Merlin Entertainments executive and had a souvenir photo taken with their preferred wax figure. Next, they were invited to explore Madame Tussauds all-new attraction, including the Marvel Super Heroes 4D Experience.

The event concluded with lunch with each child receiving personalized Madame Tussauds gift bags. The children were asked prior to the event about their favorite characters and also specific needs such as clothing, school supplies and items for summer.
