What a wonderful life! Madame Tussauds Las Vegas teamed up with Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, a local Las Vegas nonprofit, to help fight childhood cancer. In honor of the famed Gwen Stefani’s new residency in Vegas and her recently announced partnership with the reputable organization, the renowned attraction was pleased to support the efforts to raise funds for the foundation with the donation of a one-of-a-kind Fender Squier Electric Guitar signed by Gwen herself in 2010.

After several bids, the signed guitar went to a loyal Gwen Stefani fan for $1,500. Now that’s B-A-N-A-N-A-S! Madame Tussauds is proud to see every cent of the winning bid go back to Cure 4 the Kids.

Additionally, on August 4 Madame Tussauds was thrilled to partake in the Cure 4 the Kids annual event where children and their families were given the opportunity to act like a celebrity for a day and pose with the Gwen Stefani figure on the red carpet. Patients along with their family and friends were star struck to see Gwen and pose with her figure while strutting their stuff on the red carpet.

In September 2010, Madame Tussauds launched Gwen Stefani’s iconic display, and during the unveiling she so thoughtfully signed the guitar as a thank you to Madame Tussauds. Guests can still visit the attraction and join the spotlight by striking a pose with Gwen.

Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas. For more information, visit the website at madametussauds.com/lasvegas/.
