Marché Bacchus French Bistro and Wine Market Celebrates Beaujolais Nouveau on Nov. 18

Come celebrate the 2010 release of the classic French Beaujolais Nouveau wine available at Marché Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Market on Thursday, November 18. In addition to the regular menu, Executive Chef Jean Paul Labadie will be offering a special three-course Beaujolais Nouveau inspired dinner for the evening, in honor of this cherished wine ritual. This exceptional menu is priced at $39.99 (excluding tax and gratuity) and includes:

First Course
Idaho Rainbow Trout Rillette
Poached Idaho Rainbow Trout on Grilled Flatbread, Ratatouille
and Winter Greens tossed in a Parmesan Chive Dressing

Second Course
Traditional French Cassoulet

Dessert
Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée

Each meal also includes a glass of 2010 Beaujolais Nouveau wine
