Mesquite Gaming and Tuff-N-Uff Host 12th Installment of “Mayhem in Mesquite XII” Mixed Martial Arts Fighting Championship September 16
Mesquite Gaming presents its mixed martial arts (MMA) amateur fighting championship event, ‘Mayhem in Mesquite XII’ at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16 inside the CasaBlanca Events Center at CasaBlanca Resort. In partnership with Barry Meyer’s World-Famous Tuff-N-Uff The Future Stars of MMA, the card features fighters from gyms in surrounding areas, including Nevada, Utah, Arizona and California. In celebration of the 12th installment of Mayhem, tickets are priced at just $12.
“We’ve built a strong foundation for the Mayhem events and the growth is a testament to the popularity of MMA and our great partnership with Tuff-N-Uff,” said Ely Prussin, director of player development for Mesquite Gaming and founder of ‘Mayhem in Mesquite.’ “Fans can once again expect a remarkable card and packed house.”
The 12th installment of the popular ‘Mayhem in Mesquite’ series will be a night of fast-paced action, featuring a full roster of the brightest prospects in MMA. Xtreme Couture, Syndicate MMA, MMA Fusion, 9th Isle BJJ, Cedar City Jiu Jitsu, Uprising MMA, JacksonWink and School of Hard Knocks are a handful of the gyms being represented from around the region.
“As with each ‘Mayhem in Mesquite’ event, fans will enjoy a stellar lineup of the future stars of MMA for our 12th event,” said Tuff-N-Uff CEO, Jeff Meyer. “The crowd is sure to go wild once again as we bring both regional and national fighters to the CasaBlanca Events Center.”
The ‘Mayhem in Mesquite XII’ events schedule is as follows:
Friday, Sept. 15:
6 p.m.: Weigh-ins in the CasaBlanca Skydome Lounge. All ages welcome. Admission is free.
8:30 p.m.: Performance by “Lose Your Illusion” Guns ‘N Roses tribute in the CasaBlanca Showroom. Must be 21 or older. Admission is free.
Saturday, Sept. 16:
7 p.m.: ‘Mayhem in Mesquite XII’ in the CasaBlanca Events Center. Ages three and over welcome. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets on sale now.
10 p.m.: Official ‘Mayhem in Mesquite’ after-party in the CasaBlanca Showroom, featuring “DJ Corona” and gogo girls. Must be 21 or older. Admission is free.
Doors open for the main event at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16 and food and beverage concessions will be available. Guests aged 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
