Miss Nevada USA 2017 and Miss Nevada Teen USA 2017 Pageant to be held at University of Nevada, Las Vegas

The 2017 Miss Nevada USA and Miss Nevada Teen USA pageants will feature dozens of young ladies competing for the title, in categories including: interview, swimsuit and evening gown for the Miss Nevada USA contestants; and interview, athletic wear and evening gown for the Miss Nevada Teen contestants (Pictured: Emelina Adams of Henderson is crowned as the new 2016 Miss Nevada USA – Photo credit: Georgina Vaughan). 

Hosted by former Miss USA 2014 Nia Sanchez and Josh Keating, the 2017 Miss Nevada USA pageant will name the next state royalty to represent Nevada at the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA competitions in 2017.

Shanna Moakler, Executive State Director of the Miss Nevada USA organization and former Miss USA, will join Emelina Adams, Miss Nevada USA 2016 and Carissa Morrow, Miss Nevada Teen USA 2016. Miss Nevada USA competition judges include Ross Walters, professional pageant coach; Jade Kelsell, Miss Nevada USA 2012; Michael Boychuck, celebrity colorist; Dr. Ben Tali, celebrity Beverly Hills plastic surgeon; and Lauren Cahlan, current Mrs. Nevada-America 2016 and former Miss Nevada Teen USA 2008. Singer and songwriter Brett Young will entertain guests with live performances throughout the competition.
