Miss Nevada USA Organization Announces 2016 Judging Panel
The Miss Nevada USA Organization is gearing up for the 2016 Miss Nevada USA and Miss Nevada Teen USA pageant, which will take place Friday, Nov. 20 through Sunday, Nov. 22, with the announcement of this year’s judging panel (Pictured: Miss Nevada Teen USA Geovanna Hilton – Photo credit: Tom Donoghue).
The much-anticipated event will take place at the Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus. The two new winners will be crowned by the previous titleholders, Miss Nevada USA 2015 Brittany McGowan and Miss Nevada Teen USA 2015, Geovanna Hilton.

Hosted by Miss USA 2011 Alyssa Campanella, the beautiful contestants will be judged in three areas of competition including interview, swimsuit and evening gown, with the final pageant occurring on the evening of Sunday, Nov. 22. The judges will have the difficult job of deciding which two young ladies will represent Nevada at the national Miss USA and Miss Teen USA competitions to be held next year. The star-studded judging panel will be responsible for assessing each contestant by their character, poise, confidence and personality.
This year’s judges for the Miss Nevada USA and Miss Nevada Teen USA pageants include former Miss Nevada USA 2012 Jade Kelsall, former Miss Nevada USA 2013 Chelsea Caswell, former Miss Nevada Teen USA 2004 and Miss Nevada USA 2007 Helen Salas, celebrity colorist Michael Boychuck, professional pageant coach Ross Walters, lead designer at Double Zero USA, Jason Hee Chul Kim, and Susan Pinksy, blogger and wife of “Celebrity Rehab” star Dr. Drew Pinsky. Singer and songwriter Brett Young will return to the Miss Nevada USA and Miss Nevada Teen USA pageant this year, entertaining guests with live performances. New to this year’s pageant, TV personality and singer Tahj Mowry will be performing during the competition, as well.
