MR CHOW Introduces Two New Off-Menu Dishes
Internationally-renowned restaurant, MR CHOW, is welcoming two new off-menu dishes created by Chef Cesar Laran, now available for a limited time. With the addition of the smoked bean curd roll and the Beijing Sea Bass with pine nuts, guests can now indulge in more delectable items throughout spring (Pictured: Smoked Bean Curd Roll).

Smoked Bean Curd Roll (Pictured above)
A refreshing dish for the warmer weather, the smoked bean curd roll is a classic vegetable appetizer from the Emperor’s court. Carefully balanced textures and flavors elevate these tasty ingredients, making for the perfect dish for vegetable lovers and beyond.

Beijing Sea Bass With Pine Nuts
This dish expertly combines MR CHOW’s original Beijing bean sauce with Chilean sea bass as a delicate Sea Bass is served coated in a slightly sweet caramelized sauce and topped with pine nuts.
