Nacho Daddy Spices up Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2018 to Benefit Three Square Food Bank
The summer has officially arrived on the Strip and that means the 12th annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week that benefits Three Square Food Bank is in full effect. From June 18 – 29, Las Vegas’ hottest Mexican restaurant Nacho Daddy in Summerlin will be offering a three-course lunch and dinner menu of traditional and delicious Mexican dishes for foodies of all kinds to get their grub on and give back to a great cause (Pictured: Enchilada Nachos at Nacho Daddy).
LUNCH MENU:
First Course (choice of):
Salsa and Chips (Vegan) – Homemade chips served with mild, medium, or hot salsa
House Salad – Romaine lettuce, carrots, cucumber, red onions, cheese blend, and tortilla chips with choice of dressing
Second Course (choice of):
Crispy Avocado Tacos (Vegan) – Three mini corn tortillas filled with crispy beer-battered avocado, cabbage slaw, roasted chipotle salsa, pico de gallo, and served with black beans and wild rice
Signature Chicken or Pork Taco (1) – One signature chicken or pork taco filled with Jack cheese, roasted chipotle salsa, caramelized chipotle onions, cilantro, served with Mexican rice and refried beans
BBQ Chicken Nachos – Tender chicken breast, homemade BBQ sauce, white queso, topped with black bean corn salsa and cilantro on top of homemade corn chips
Third Course Dessert (choice of):
Chocolate Cake (Vegan) – Three layers of the ultimate vegan chocolate cake, served with fresh raspberries and glaze
Caramel Apple Nacho – Simmered Granny Smith apples covered with warm, gooey caramel over crispy, cinnamon flour tortilla chips, topped with whipped cream à la mode.
DINNER MENU:
First Course (choice of):
Guacamole and Chips (Vegan) – Made fresh daily, served with homemade chips
House Salad – Romaine lettuce, carrots, cucumber, red onions, cheese blend, and tortilla chips with choice of dressing
Second Course (choice of):
Flaming Chick’n Fajitas (Vegan) – Flamed table side, marinated fajita chick’n strips served over sizzling peppers and onions, vegan sour cream, guacamole, cherry pico de gallo, salsa, black beans, wild rice with a choice of corn or flour tortilla
Flaming Chicken Fajitas – Flamed table side, served with fajita peppers and onions, tomato pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, served with a side of Mexican rice and refried beans with a choice of four or corn tortillas and daddy’s salsa
Fiesta Nachos – Tender chicken breast, medium salsa, sautéed onions, refried beans, cheese blend served on tri-colored chips, topped with queso fresco, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream
Third Course Dessert:
Chocolate Cake (Vegan) – Three layers of the ultimate vegan chocolate cake, served with fresh raspberries and glaze
Caramel Apple Nacho – Simmered Granny Smith apples covered with warm, gooey caramel over crispy, cinnamon flour tortilla chips, topped with whipped cream à la mode
Restaurant Week’s cost for Nacho Daddy’s lunch is $20 per person and dinner is $30 per person. Tax and gratuity not included. Valid at Summerlin location only.
