Robert Cheeke’s talk “Build a Better Body on a Plant-Based Diet” will be Saturday, June 7 from 3:15-4 p.m. and Thomas Tadlock will cover “The Truth About Metabolism – Making Weight Loss and Muscle Building Fast & Easy!” on Sunday, June 8 from 9-9:45 a.m. In total, the HHH Conference will feature 22 speakers covering nutrition, fitness, spirituality and personal development, healthy cooking demos and include a vendor marketplace
