“We are using this event to celebrate all of our life changing work throughout the food insecure communities in Southern Nevada and to announce the kick off of two new mobile food pantry locations,” says founder of The Just One Project, Brooke Neubauer. “Our community partners and volunteers help us tremendously throughout the year with their hands on dedication, they are the cold that keeps this train moving. This night is about a celebration of giving back and making an impact on those lives in Southern Nevada that need our help the most.”

In addition to the fundraiser, the Pop Up & Give Mobile Food Pantry is a monthly volunteer event with 8 locations locations as of July 2019  that provides food to our food insecure communities.  Each hosted Pop Up & Give, set up similar to a farmer’s market, is scheduled the last week of every month, when families need food the most. With an average of 250,000 pounds of food given, the  Pop Up & Give project has the goal of providing households with weeks worth of groceries. This impactful project is volunteer driven and funded and supported by community partners, such as Three Square, Bank of America, Peckman Capital Inc., Powell Law firm and many others. The next pop-ups are July 20 and August 24, 9am – 11:30am.  Interested  volunteers, of all ages, can sign up at www.justoneproject.org.
