The arrival of spring brings new menus to a few of Las Vegas’ favorite dining destinations. Both Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza and The Barrymore have launched new spring menus full of seasonal flavors (Pictured: Flour & Barley).

Flour & Barley’s new seasonal pizzas, sandwiches, entrées and desserts include:
- Golden Knight Pizza Bianca, made with pepperoni, chicken, ham, onion, chili oil and Calabrian chilies
- Spaghetti Sandwich, including spaghetti, meatballs and parmesan cheese served on grilled garlic bread
- Seafood Diavolo, featuring a savory combination of shrimp, scallop, mussel, clam, and linguini, topped with a spicy tomato sauce
- Lemon Tart, made of a graham crust, creamy lemon custard, chantilly, fresh strawberry and a pine nut cookie

The Barrymore
At The Barrymore, delicious new menu additions include:
- Beef Carpaccio featuring shaved beef tenderloin, grana padana, arugula, crispy caper, black truffle aioli, drizzled with a sauternes reduction
- Polenta Cakes topped with basil pesto, roasted tomato pesto and mushroom ragu
- Burrata Caprese including a fresh blend of heirloom tomato, basil pesto and balsamico
