New Restaurant “The Barrymore” to Hold Job Fair July 6-7

The Barrymore, the newest restaurant concept from locally owned Block 16 Hospitality is hiring. About 40 exceptional and dedicated employees with restaurant experience will be hired.

Barrymore, an upscale, fine dining eatery located inside the Royal Resort at 99 Convention Center Drive (Near Las Vegas Boulevard and Convention Center) plans to open in September.

A job fair is scheduled July 6 and 7 at The Barrymore between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Those interested in applying should bring a resume detailing experience, specifically in fine dining establishments. Applicants will be expected to fill out a job application and take part in on-site interviews.

Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Seeking: Managers, Servers and Bartenders with wine knowledge, Barback, Busser, Host, Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks & Dishwashers.

The Barrymore will be filling all front of the house positions including Managers, Servers and Bartenders, specifically those with a good knowledge of wine. Other positions include Barback, Busser and Host. Kitchen needs include: Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers.
