The menu has been created by Chef Joseph “JoJo” Saady, who discovered his love of food and passion for cooking as a child. Raised in Southern California, his parents owned and operated several restaurants throughout Los Angeles and Las Vegas, which exposed him to the culinary world at a young age. Prior to joining Blume, Chef JoJo drew a following as a successful personal chef, catering private events for top entertainment executives, recording artists and other celebrities and notable clientele in Los Angeles.

One of two sous chefs at Blume, Jackson William Morrow previously worked under renowned chef and restaurateur Joël Robuchon, named “Chef of the Century” by Gault Millau. Morrow received his classical French training at the Michelin rated L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas. A second sous chef, Dylan Chavez, graduated from culinary school and later spent three years at Eataly LA before joining Blume.

“We have created an amazing menu of unique dishes with beautiful presentations that we believe will be embraced by Henderson,” said Daniel Hackett, Director of Operations for Blume. “We have assembled a talented team and are excited to become involved in Henderson and the greater Las Vegas community.”

and chairs, and black marble flooring. Dramatic large-scale floral wallpaper adorns a back wall, while two accent walls are decorated with over 17,000 handmade gold silk roses and hydrangeas. Other refined touches include four crystal chandeliers imported from Europe.

At 6,500 square feet, Blume offers seating in its main dining room, a chef’s table with seating for 12, a bar with an adjacent big screen TV, and a patio with lounge seating and heat lamps. Blume also has a 2,500 square foot private room available for special events with seating for up to 120 people. The private dining room has a similar sophisticated feel as the main dining room, with gold velvet drapes by Chanel, as well as a separate entrance from the restaurant, and frosted glass retractable doors that can make the room smaller for more intimate events.

“The City of Henderson is excited to welcome this amazing new concept restaurant,” said Barbra Coffee, Director, Economic Development & Tourism for the City of Henderson. “Blume is exactly the kind of restaurant we like to see in Henderson, especially as it enlivens this fast-growing corridor along St. Rose Parkway in West Henderson. It will be a fabulous setting for lunch and dinner, as well as special occasions or business entertaining.”

Located at 3145 St. Rose Parkway, Suite 120, in Henderson, Blume is the first restaurant built by Stable Development, which also developed the surrounding business park. Seven Hills Plaza encompasses the four commercial office buildings where Blume is situated. Stable Development will also break ground on The Village, a 300,000-square-foot mixed-use development across the street, in summer 2019. Located in the fast-growing Henderson West area, The Village is within close proximity to the anticipated Raiders headquarters.

Blume offers free parking in an adjacent structure, and valet parking will be available Thursday through Saturday beginning at 5pm. Blume will be open from 11am to 10pm daily. For reservations or more information, visit www.blumelasvegas.com or call 702.444.7820.
