Next Stop on Ferraro’s Summer Regional Menu Series: Toscana, Aug. 23 – Sept. 6
This summer, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar offers a way to travel the flavors of Italy without leaving Las Vegas with its Summer Regional Menu Series, a changing rotation of prix fixe menus inspired by Italy’s most renowned culinary regions. 

Each four-course menu is offered for a superb summertime value of $49 per person; wines selected to complement each menu are offered at special prices as well.

The final Summer Regional Menu for 2019 spotlights Toscana—known as Tuscany in English—and launches Aug. 23 and continues through Sept. 6. Tuscany’s world-renowned cuisine offers delicious and unique dishes that are both simple and seasonal. The region is famous for its locally grown produce and meat. Tuscan cooking is traditionally hearty and includes fresh, high-quality ingredients without complicated seasonings.
