One Cookie is Just Never Enough: The Sugar Cookie is Now Baking in Henderson
Henderson and South Vegas folks can now get their hands on fluffy, buttery, delicious cookies from The Sugar Cookie. Serving South Las Vegas and Henderson, The Sugar Cookie offers patrons gourmet sugar cookies in a variety of different flavors including lemon, cherry, chocolate, red velvet, coconut, and many more.
In celebration of the expansion, The Sugar Cookie will be hosting a grand opening on Wednesday, March 7 from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and will roll out two sweet new cookie flavors: Cinnamon Roll with cream cheese frosting and candied walnuts and Chocolate Caramel with sea salt.

“We’re very excited to be serving the growing community in Henderson and South Las Vegas,” says founder Jenny Ewell. “Our fan base is a bit fanatic over our cookies so the south-siders will now have a location closer to home!”
Each cookie is made onsite and freshly-mixed every day. Along with an abundance of flavors, The Sugar Cookie also makes cookies in mini size, frosted or non-frosted, shortbread cookies, and can turn any pair of cookies into a sweeter-than-ever ice cream sandwich featuring a Vegas-staple – Thrifty Ice Cream. Seasonal selections, such as the Peanut Butter Bars, will also make an appearance at the newest location.
Anyone with a sweet tooth is invited to the grand opening on March 7, where they will get to enter a raffle for a chance to win a year supply of cookies by placing their ticket in a cookie jar specifying which new flavor they like best! The winner will receive 12 coupons that are good for a dozen mini cookies.
