Opportunity Village Kicks off Ticket Sales for 7th Annual “HallOVeen” at the Magical Forest October 11-13 and 18-31

Opportunity Village Kicks off Ticket Sales for 7th Annual "HallOVeen" at the Magical Forest October 11-13 and 18-31
The Magical Forest
at Opportunity Village, a long-standing holiday attraction, will be trading in its Christmas flair for spookier seasonal finery at HallOVeen. Now in its 7th season, this family-friendly Southern Nevada tradition celebrates the spookier season with all proceeds benefiting programs and services for adults with disabilities.

For 2019, haunted jungle ruins have taken over HallOVeen at the Magical Forest. The spooky beings lurking within will fit right in with the attraction’s regular inhabitants – ghosts, goblins, witches, and creepy crawlies aplenty. There is also a cemetery filled with uniquely carved jack-o-lanterns and an animatronic skeleton to read you a scary story. Interactive trees will keep you company as you make your way through the forest pathway.

There are a few added bonuses to our General Admission tickets this year. Not only do they include access to the park, but they also include the opportunity to explore HallOVeen’s new, mini-Escape Rooms and “The Last Ride.” In each unique Escape Room, you will work against the clock to solve mysteries and find your way out as part of a team. HallOVeen also welcomes the return of “The Last Ride,” a coffin experience in which the participant gets buried alive and onlookers can witness your fear through the coffin cam.

Ticketed attractions include traditional experiences like Cheyenne’s Enchanted Carousel, the Forest Express Passenger Train, the Avalanche Slide, and the Blizzard mini-coaster. We are also introducing some new rides which will be announced soon, but they are sure to please the thrill-seekers amongst our guests. Unlimited ride wristbands and individual ride tickets are available for purchase at the park or, for the best deal, purchase Passports online in advance – special package rates available.

All the more fun in costume, Forest-goers can also enjoy nightly entertainment, trick-or-treat stations, midway carnival games, and festive pumpkin displays, along with gifts, goodies and more at our kiosks and in the Holiday Shoppe. There are also more food and beverage options than ever before – we’re talking food trucks!

There are still numerous opportunities for businesses and individuals to take part. Host a private partyvolunteer, or sponsor a tree! Options are limited so sign up early for the best selection. Special ticketed events at HallOVeen will be added to Opportunity Village’s online calendar as details are finalized including Halloween night weddings, a Fit4Mom workout in the Magical Forest on October 15 and the 4th Annual Pumpkin Paws on October 19. For more information on these exciting events, please visit www.OVevents.com.

Tickets – The family-friendly festivities commence Friday, October 11 through Sunday, October 13, and resume Friday, October 18 through Thursday, October 31, Halloween night, at the not-for-profit’s 6300 West Oakey Campus, with ample parking in the adjacent CSN lot off Torrey Pines. The HallOVeen gates open nightly at 5:30pm. General admission is $15 and Passport admission is $22. Purchase online and learn more at www.HallOVeen.com. Children 3 and under get in free.
