Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant to Celebrate Two-Year Anniversary and National Taco Day with Taco Specials

The Mexican restaurant will celebrate two years in Las Vegas on the festive holiday with $2.50 tacos. The offer, available from 5 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday, will be extended through Wednesday in honor of the special day. Available only in the restaurant’s festive cantina, guests can choose between shredded chicken, shredded beef or ground beef filling, stuffed in a crispy, golden taco shell and topped with diced tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheese, priced at $2.50 each.
Additional taco selections include Shrimp Diabla Puffy Tacos, two puffy flour tortillas filled with fresh shrimp, sautéed in a mild Diabla sauce, topped with shredded cabbage and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice, priced at $18.95 for lunch and $20.95 for dinner; and Tacos de Langosta, two corn tortillas filled with chunks of seasoned and grilled lobster tail, topped with shredded cheese, cilantro, lettuce, pico de gallo, and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice, priced at $20.95 for lunch and $22.95 for dinner.
Guests can also enjoy selections from Pancho’s signature weekday happy hour, offered Monday through Friday from 2 to 7 p.m. in the cantina. Happy hour specials include half-priced select appetizers and drink specials, including: $1.25 off draft beer, $3 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3.20 off house wines.
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant opens at 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday and at 10 a.m. on Sundays.
