Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant to Offer Black Friday Discount to Downtown Summerlin Shoppers
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant will join Downtown Summerlin’s retail Black Friday festivities by offering a 10 percent discount on all food items to guests with a same-day receipt from any Downtown Summerlin store on Friday, Nov. 29 (Pictured: Beer Battered Fish Tacos – Photo credit: Chris Wessling).
Guests can enjoy Pancho’s signature creations including Chile Poblano Del Mar, a green chile poblano stuffed with crab meat and shrimp, sautéed with garlic, onions and tomatoes, and topped with green tomatillo sauce and melted cheese, served with Mexican-style rice and black beans; and Beer-Battered Fish Tacos, two corn tortillas filled with crispy Mahi-Mahi, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans.
