Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant to Offer Black Friday Discount to Downtown Summerlin Shoppers

Hungry shoppers may enjoy signature menu items including the chile poblano del mar, a green chile poblano stuffed with crab meat and shrimp, sautéed with garlic, onions and tomatoes, and topped with green tomatillo sauce and melted cheese, served with Mexican-style rice and black beans; beer-battered fish tacos, two corn tortillas filled with crispy Mahi-Mahi, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans; and camarones en crema de ajo, jumbo shrimp sautéed in garlic butter with onions and cherry tomatoes, served with green rice and grilled julienned vegetables.
