Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant to Salute the Troops for Military Appreciation Month
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant,
located in Downtown Summerlin, will honor Military Appreciation Month with discounts throughout the month of May. 

Veterans and active-duty military service members who present a valid military ID will receive a 20 percent discount on Tuesday, May 1, and a 10 percent discount throughout the month of May.

Guests can enjoy Pancho’s signature creations such as the Philly Burrito, a flour tortilla filled with strips of grilled flatiron steak, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and melted cheeses, topped with enchilada sauce and melted cheese, priced at $16.95 for lunch and $18.95 for dinner; and Tacos de Langosta, two corn tortillas filled with chunks of seasoned and grilled lobster tail, topped with shredded cheese, cilantro, lettuce, pico de gallo, and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice, priced at $20.95 for lunch and $22.95 for dinner.
