Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant to Sweeten Up National Nachos Day with Dessert Nachos
These are na-cho average nachos! Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant in Downtown Summerlin will show its sweet side on National Nachos Day with dessert nachos, available all day on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
Pancho’s dessert nachos, also known as Postres de Nachos, are prepared with stacked cinnamon-sugar flour tostaditas, smothered in cinnamon and chocolate syrup and topped with French vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chopped nuts and a maraschino cherry, priced at $9.95.
In addition to the shareable sweet dish, Pancho’s classic nachos are always on the menu and made with toasted corn tostaditas layered with beans, covered with cheddar and jack cheeses, topped with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream and guacamole.
