Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant to Treat Moms to Complimentary Champagne, Dessert for Mother’s Day
Say “salud” and celebrate mom! Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will host a special Mother’s Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 8.
With the purchase of an entrée, moms will receive complimentary champagne, seasonal fruit and buñuelos for dessert—crispy pastries sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, accompanied by vanilla ice cream and topped with whipped cream. An acoustic guitarist will roam throughout the restaurant, serenading mothers on their special day. A photographer will also be on hand to snap photos of guests and their mom, and a complimentary print will be provided. In the evening, noted Las Vegas guitarist and singer, Rick Duarte, will play in the cantina from 5 to 9 p.m.
Brunch selections include Machaca Guadalajara, shredded beef sautéed with tomatoes, onions and bell pepper, mixed with scrambled eggs and served with Mexican-style rice and beans, priced at $17.95; Huevos Rancheros, a soft corn tortilla topped with two fried eggs, covered with a creamy Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese sauce, smothered with melted cheeses and topped with sour cream and sliced avocado, served with Mexican-style rice and beans, priced at $18.95; and the Ultimate Breakfast Burrito, made with eggs scrambled with diced ham, roasted potatoes, onions, chiles and tomatoes, stuffed in a flour tortilla and topped with a special Spanish sauce, and garnished with sour cream and sliced avocado, priced at $18.95.
