“Authentic Italian cuisine, impeccable hospitality and entertaining in the Italian tradition have long been the cornerstones for Panevino ever since Tony Marnell first opened the doors in 2002,” said General Manager Vincenzo Granata. “A longtime innovator and visionary in the community, Tony’s passion for hospitality coupled with his deep Italian roots has shaped Panevino into what it is today a place where Tony still likes to gather with family and friends for a delicious meal.”

The upscale Italian restaurant also famous for its Strip view has added 55 new dishes, many inspired by the Panevino family cookbook. Selections include grilled meats and seafood, Italian favorites, homemade pastas, appetizers, salads and desserts, now available for lunch and dinner. Panevino’s plant-based menu has also been enhanced with a variety of new vegan options available for guests.

“High quality, fresh ingredients have always been integral to Panevino,” said Granata. “Now we’ve raised the bar by offering even more selections made with the same authentic ingredients and integrity that our guests have come to know and love.”

New to the menu are a variety of grilled meats including the Grilled Kurobuta Pork Chop, Grilled Colorado Lamb Chops, Grilled Filet Mignon, Grilled Bone-in Rib-Eye, Grilled New York Strip and Grilled Lemon Chicken Panevino. Signature dishes also include The Kobe Burger and Open Steak Sandwich.

Guests can also savor Panevino’s famous Veal Saltimbocca and enjoy a twist on Italian favorites such as Chilean Seabass Puttanesca. A selection of 20 pastas includes Tagliatelle Short Rib Mario’s Style (homemade wide fettuccini with slowly braised short ribs in a red wine and fresh tomato sauce), Gnocchi Pesto and Spaghetti Carbonara Tony.

Tantalizing appetizers include Mario’s Stuffed Bell Peppers (roasted bell peppers stuffed with eggplant, mushrooms, artichokes and mozzarella cheese, dusted with breadcrumbs and parmesan) and Fried Calamari & Shrimp Antonio. Fresh salad selections include Andrea (chopped romaine, cucumbers, avocado, tomatoes, cannellini beans and radicchio with crumbled blue cheese in a lemon dressing) and Tony (chopped romaine, salami, mortadella, provolone and garbanzo beans in a red wine vinaigrette topped with sliced red onions).
