Park on Fremont to Toast Mother’s Day with Bellini Trio
Park on Fremont, located at 506 Fremont St. in the Fremont East Entertainment District, will toast to Mother’s Day with a specialty Bellini cocktail trio, available exclusively throughout brunch service from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 13.
The popular downtown bar and eatery will offer a Bellini cocktail trio for brunch guests, served with peach, strawberry and passionfruit Bellini flavors, priced at $20. Brunch options to pair with the featured trio include Frenchy French Toast, made with two thick-cut slices of brioche, dipped in citrus vanilla custard and topped with fresh strawberries, lime zest, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; the Scrambled Egg Sandwich, made with cage-free soft scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche bun; and a Yogurt & Berry Parfait, made with Tahitian vanilla yogurt, house-made granola, seasonal berries and clover honey.
