Popular Downtown Restaurant VegeNation Expanding Plant-Based Eats to Henderson
Two years after opening Downtown Las Vegas’ 100 percent plant-based eatery, VegeNation, Chef Donald Lemperle is bringing the environmentally-conscious menu to residents in Henderson just in time for fall.

VegeNation’s first location opened with a bang, offering affordable plant-based eats, global street food, community-based roots, sustainable practices, locally-sourced products, live music and more. Now, Lemperle and creative director Kelly Bennett are expanding those same ideals to Henderson, with the addition of a community garden, pop- up shops, events and menus, yoga and more. Speaking to Henderson’s desire to be more of a green, eco-friendly city, the garden will be carefully curated to attract butterflies in the region.

VegeNation’s menu has attracted plant-based eaters and omnivores alike for its ability to keep them excited. The seasonally-changing menu in Henderson will reflect Lemperle’s downtown creation, daily pop-up lunches with a unique menu specific to the neighborhood.

“We are so grateful to bring plant-based eats to a new neighborhood and grow our local impact,” said Lemperle. “Guests should expect to eat food that will make them feel really damn good.”

The new location will open at 10075 S. Eastern Avenue in August.
