Portnoy Gallery will showcase Neal’s unique caricature style and become the new ‘Sardi’s of New York…..but NOW in Las Vegas’!”
This event is free and open to the public. Light hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.
The first class of inductees included the following: Lanny Counts, Tricia Kean, Rachel Smith, Oscar and Mayor Carolyn Goodman, Mercedes Martinez and more.
