PoshBurger Bistro to Celebrate National Hamburger Day May 28
Conrad and Candice Gallagher’s popular new PoshBurger Bistro located near Summerlin will celebrate National Hamburger Day with delicious burger specials available all day on Tuesday, May 28.
Chef Gallagher’s decadent designer burger creations will be priced at $10 all day, available exclusively for the burger celebration. Guests will enjoy designer burgers including the Kobe Burger made with truffle aioli, seared foie gras, frizzled onion, watercress, cherry tomatoes and fried quail egg; Venison Burger made with crispy shallots, cranberry relish, watercress, béarnaise sauce and roasted red peppers; Wild Boar Burger made with prune and Armagnac aioli, white onion marmalade, poached pear, Bibb lettuce and confit onion; Tuna Tartare Burger made with bean sprout, mango, Wasabi aioli, Asian coleslaw and spaghetti cucumber and more.
PoshBurger Bistro is located at 9921 W. Charleston Blvd on the corner of Hualapai Way. At 2,000 square feet, PoshBurger seats 97 guests inside and 55 outside, serving lunch and dinner daily from 11:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. with hours subject to change.
