Poshburger Bistro to Honor Dads with Father’s Day Special
Conrad and Candice Gallagher’s popular new PoshBurger Bistro located near Summerlin will celebrate dads this Father’s Day with a wings, burgers and beer combo on Sunday, June 16.
The Father’s Day combo will include lollipop Spicy Buffalo Wings, the designer Kobe Burger, a choice of craft beer and a homemade summer berry cobbler, priced at $30 per person.
The lollipop Spicy Buffalo Wings will be served mild or hot and come with a side of creamy blue cheese dressing. The Kobe Burger is made with truffle aioli, seared Foie Gras, frizzled onion, watercress, cherry tomatoes and fried quail egg. The summer berry cobbler is made with fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, black and red currants and is topped with a scoop of cinnamon vanilla bean ice cream. PoshBurger’s drink selections include Warsteiner Pilsner, Paulaner Hefeweizen, Squatters Hop Rising Double IPA and more.
Poshburger Bistro – Internationally renowned Irish chef, Conrad Gallagher, and his wife, Candice, have introduced a new concept combining the classic burger and upscale cuisine with the opening of PoshBurger Bistro in the spring of 2013.
