Pours for Papá at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant This Father’s Day
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will celebrate Father’s Day with exclusive tequila selections and discounts on Sunday, June 16 (Pictured: Margarita and Patron Tequila – Photo credit: Chris Wessling).
In addition to over 40 tequila selections, Pancho’s will offer Hornitos Black Barrel, which has been aged in whiskey barrels, priced at $6.95 per shot. After 3 p.m., dads and guests can score half-priced tequila shots including top shelf libations such as Don Julio 1942, Jose Cuervo Reserva De La Familia and Gran Patrón Platinum. In addition, available in the cantina from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., guests can enjoy $3 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3 off house wines.
Guests may also enjoy signature brunch items including the Ultimate Breakfast Burrito, eggs scrambled with diced ham, roasted potatoes, onions, chiles and tomatoes, all stuffed in a flour tortilla and topped with Pancho’s special Spanish sauce, garnished with sour cream and sliced avocado; and Huevos Rancheros, a soft corn tortilla topped with two fried eggs and a creamy sauce of Jack and Cheddar cheeses, topped with sour cream and sliced avocados, and served with rice and beans.
