PT’s Ranch to Host $4,000 Chicken Wing-Eating Challenge in Celebration of National Chicken Wing Day
Hot Wing Fans, Start Your Appetites! PT’s Ranch, located at 2430 E. Pebble Road in Henderson, Nev., will host a heated $4,000 wing-eating challenge starting at 1 p.m. on Sunday, July 28.
Registration for the wing-eating challenge will be held the day of the competition starting at 11:30 a.m. and will be limited to the first 100 entrants. The top three contestants who eat the most chicken wings doused in Scorpion Sauce in two minutes will be selected for prizes. The first-place winner will receive $2,500, the second-place winner will receive $1,000 and the third-place winner will receive $500. The entry fee is priced at $10 per person and includes a pint of Budweiser or Bud Light draft beer.

Plus, PT’s Happy Hour offerings are available daily from 5 to 7 p.m., and midnight to 2 a.m. PT’s Happy Hour offers a 50 percent discount on drinks including wines by the glass, premium spirits and all craft and import beer, which includes PT’s own craft brews such as the Golden Hefeweizen and Hualapai IPA.
PT’s Happy Hour food selections priced at $6 include Sriracha chicken bites and loaded potato skins; $7 selections include a half-pound pub burger and chicken parmesan sliders; and flatbreads, including three-cheese, meat feast, the Gilroy and buffalo chicken, will be priced at $8.
