Public School 702 Hosts Back-to-School Beer Dinner Sept. 12
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED – On Wednesday, Sept. 12, Public School 702 will host its own back-to-school celebration with the Tenaya Creek Beer Dinner. In addition to a special reception by Craft Pilsner, guests will enjoy four delicious courses with beer pairings.
- Kicking off the event, the first course will feature IPA beer-batted Halibut Tacos complete with a citrus cilantro chili slaw and guajillo chili aioli. Paired perfectly with the cool taste of Gypsy Fade IPA, this combination is not to be missed.
- Paired with a Bonanza Brown Ale, the second course will feature Pulled Pork Sliders in a raspberry chipotle BBQ sauce with delicious crispy onions, pickled watermelon radish and sweet potato chips.
- Bring on the meat! The third course will feature Stout Braised Beef Short Ribs with a creamy grit cake and toasted coconut red pipian sauce. Combined with Haul’n Oats Coconut Stout, this dish is (coco)nuts!
- We hope you saved room for dessert. Course Four presents a Banana Pound Cake Neapolitan with dark chocolate ganache and coco & banana mousse. The perfect beer? A Gods of Thunder Baltic Porter—the Dutch Belgian-style Trippel Ale.
