RA Sushi Bar & Restaurant Celebrates 21st Birthday with a Month-Long Celebration Featuring An Innovative, Limited-Time “Spiked” Sushi Roll, Sake Special, and a Sushi Rolling Class
RA Sushi Bar & Restaurant, the country’s national sushi brand is celebrating its 21st birthday with a month-long promotion that boasts a limited-time menu offering, featured drink special, and sushi rolling classes available at select locations across the country through the month of October (Pictured: RA Sushi’s Spiked Sake Roll).
“RA is known for our creative sushi rolls, which is why we wanted to develop something unique in honor of our 21st birthday,” said RA Sushi’s Vice President of Operations, Derek Franks. “Given our broad menu, we also serve a lot of sake, which is why it was the ideal choice when we decided to develop an alcohol-infused sushi roll for our anniversary. What better way to celebrate turning 21 than with a dish that you need proof of age to order? There are many fun traditions in Japanese culture around the proper way to drink sake, and we plan to share some with our guests later this month at our first Sake Sushi 101 class,” he added.

This year, the iconic sushi brand turns 21 and is commemorating the occasion with a month-long special that the carpe diem, foodie, FUN crowd will not want to miss.
Kicking off on World Sake Day, October 1, through the end of the month, RA Sushi is launching a special limited-time menu offering, the Spiked Sake Roll––an innovative dish combining two items guests have come to love most from our brand: fine sushi and premium sake. Available at all 22 RA Sushi restaurants, our Spiked Sake Roll is a tuna-based roll infused with TYKU Red Flower sake, served over a bamboo leaf with a side of sake dipping sauce. Guests must be 21 years or older to order the roll. RA Sushi will also offer $1 sake shots exclusively for World Sake Day.
In addition, RA Sushi will host a Sake Sushi 101 class where guests will learn to roll the Spiked Sake Roll alongside RA Sushi chefs, as well as fun traditions for drinking sake on Sunday, October 21. Classes will be offered at select RA Sushi locations in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Nevada, and Texas.
