Raise a Glass to Mexican Independence Day at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will celebrate Mexican Independence Day with happy hour offerings and half-priced tequila shots on Sunday, Sept. 16 (Pictured: Pancho’s Tequila Shot – Photo credit: Chris Wessling).
The half-priced tequila shots, which will be available from 3 p.m. until close, includes the signature Pancho’s Barrel Select Reposado tequila as well as over 35 brands of tequila.
Pancho’s will also offer happy hour, available exclusively in the cantina from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Happy hour offerings include discounted select appetizers such as Pancho’s nachos, toasted corn tostaditas layered with beans, covered with cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, chives, sour cream and guacamole; mariscos en crema de limon, shrimp and scallops sautéed in a lemon cream sauce, garnished with poblano peppers and served with tostadita chips; and drink discounts, including $3 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3 off house wines.
