R&B Sensation Ray J Teams Up With Poetry Nightclub
R&B artist Ray J has become a partner in the Poetry Nightclub. Ray J will work closely with other partners to enhance and elevate the entertainment and talent that come through the club.
With over a million albums sold, coveted roles on hit sitcoms, and his own entertainment company and record label, Knockout Entertainment, Ray J is a contemporary renaissance man, one of today’s hottest entertainers, and a Hollywood ladies’ man.
Mike Goodwin, managing partner and Branden Powers, partner and director of marketing, believe Ray J is perfect for Poetry Nightclub.
“A combination of things worked out real well for both of us: image, music, family ties,” said Mike Goodwin, Managing Partner.

In early February Ray J will host a launch party at Poetry for his new VH1 reality dating series, For the Love of Ray. 14 Ladies will be competing for his heart to become his “ride-or-die chick.” The show premieres February 2, 2009.
Poetry Nightclub
Poetry Nightclub is an upscale hip-hop club in Vegas. It is located in The Forum Shops, a Simon Property Group mall, at Caesars Palace directly above Wolfgang Puck’s Chinois restaurant. The nightclub is involved with many local nonprofit organizations and gives back to the community as much as possible.
