Safekey and Teen Scene Hiring Fair Offers Summer Employment Opportunities
The City of Henderson is hosting a Hiring Fair on Saturday, June 22, at the Henderson Multigenerational Center, 250 S. Green Valley Pkwy. The fair, which will be held from 8:00 a.m-1:00 p.m., provides individuals ages 16 and up with information about available part-time positions to support the Safekey and Teen Scene programs held at Henderson elementary and middle schools.
Interviews, hiring and drug screenings will take place during the fair.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online at cityofhendersonjobs.com and select an interview time before the fair. The City is hiring for these positions:
- Recreation Assistant
- Senior Recreation Assistant
- Site Leader: Youth Enrichment
No experience is necessary; however, a background in education or child development is a plus. Morning and/or afternoon hours are available.
Hiring Fair attendees should bring a photo ID with their date of birth and a resume if one is available.
Applicants under the age of 18 must bring a parent or guardian with them. Applicants must be 16 or older by the time of the job fair.
