This October, the popular poolside culinary extravaganza ‘Bazaar on the Roof’ returns to Sahara Las Vegas. The second annual event, produced by Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, features gourmet, specially prepared dishes and live entertainment from the cast of BLANC de BLANC, and will be held from 8:30 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24. Tickets are on sale now.

The event will boast two large live-action stations featuring a variety of flavors. At the first station, chefs will rotisserie a whole Wild Boar and Wagyu Shortribs, preparing tacos on spiced pumpkin sheets, topped with mojo verde. The second station will serve seafood paella with carabineros and Ibérico pork.

Passed bites will abound with tantalizing dishes including golden beet gazpacho with black truffle, hand-carved Wagyu Cecina from Skywalker Farms, escalivada, chistorra pan preñao, a “banh mi” sandwich with Peking duck and the popular Lobster Roll sandwich from Bazaar Mar.

Guests can also enjoy the famed Bazaar Meat Dessert Trolley which will be fully loaded with cream puffs, tarts, chocolate bonbons and candies, foie gras s’mores from the grill and an extensive drink selection including cocktails like the signature Cotton Candy Mojito, beer, wine and cava.
