Sin City Gets Hotter as Baby’s Badass Burgers Expands to Las Vegas
Serving up a heap of beauty, badassary and bombtastic burgers, Baby’s Badass Burgers launches today in Las Vegas. Characterized by the lush pink truck and taking a playful approach to the food truck industry, Baby’s offers fresh, made-to-order burgers served in style by one of the “babes” on board.
Baby’s travels to festivals, corporate offices, apartment complexes, events and more, serving up their signature burgers and sass daily. Baby’s made its first Las Vegas first appearance on Tuesday, Oct. 28 at Freakling Bros. Trilogy of Terror and will return on Halloween night, Friday, Oct. 31, followed by scheduled stops downtown on Oct. 29, First Friday Las Vegas on Nov. 7 and Sunset Park’d on Nov. 15.

Baby’s Badass Burgers features a wide variety of creative burgers all made from ground prime USDA Angus Beef and served “maneater” style on Kings Hawaiian rolls. Burger lovers can indulge in Baby’s signature burger “The Bombshell” – a half-pound “maneater” sandwiched between two bacon grilled cheese melts, topped with grilled onions and served with a side of Baby’s special sauce. Baby’s also offers a variety burgers sure to please all palates, from traditional to spicy. Diners can choose from the following burgers:
- “Original Beauty” – Swiss, grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms and Baby’s special sauce
- “Hot Mama” – Cream cheese stuffed jalapeno poppers and Baby’s spicy cheese sauce
- “All American Girl” – Smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles and Baby’s special sauce
- “She’s Smokin’!” – Smoked cheddar, BBQ sauce, crispy onions and bacon
- “The Other Woman” – Blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, sautéed onions, bacon and ranch
- “The Good Wife” – Smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomato, bacon, Baby’s special spicy sauce and topped with a fried egg over easy
Baby’s also offers the “Cover Girl” featuring a turkey burger and the “Au Naturale” veggie burger for the health conscious burgermeisters. Diners can enjoy a variety of sides including “Pig Tails” curly fries and “Sweetie Pie Fries” made from sweet potatoes, naked or with one of Baby’s “Dip It” sauces. Slider-sized versions of the popular burgers are also available.
Owned locally, by native Las Vegans and brothers Dino and Giancarlo DeGregorio, Baby’s Badass Burgers is the first Las Vegas franchise and only the fifth food truck nationwide. “We are excited to ‘paint the town pink’ by offering residents of Las Vegas and Henderson our gourmet burgers, served hot and juicy throughout the community,” said partner Dino DeGregorio. “Of course, you will see Baby’s at festivals and events throughout the area,” partner Giancarlo DeGregorio adds “but we will also be your lunch and dinner destination with our regular stops at office parks and neighborhoods.”
