Sip and Savor with Brunch and Mimosas in Honor of Mother’s Day at La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway
La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will honor moms with a special brunch, including a complimentary mimosa and gourmet chocolates, on Mother’s Day from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 12.
Moms will be treated to a complimentary mimosa at the start of brunch. Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, brunch selections are served butler-style, with continual tray-passed assortments served directly to guests. An array of sweet and savory dishes include: veal short rib hash, Angus mini burgers, cinnamon apple waffle, filet mignon eggs benedict, yogurt parfait, Snickers pancakes, bacon and egg flatbread and more. Also available during Mother’s Day brunch will be herb-crusted rack of lamb, served with chimichurri vinaigrette. Brunch will be priced at $49 per adult and $28 per child.
Bottomless brunch cocktails including mimosas, sangria, bloody marys, pain killers, and mojitos will also be available, priced at $28.Following brunch, moms will be treated with a special gift of gourmet chocolates.
