Sammy’s Social Club will offer a four-course wine pairing dinner, priced at $60 per person. Guests will begin the meal with a jumbo lump crab cake paired with a glass of Clos du Bois Chardonnay, followed by a second course featuring the signature goat cheese pizza, topped with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, organic spinach and red onion, paired with the bold Clos du Bois Rouge Blend 2010.

The third course will offer a delectable duet of an oak-roasted chicken breast, accompanied by fresh organic herbs, asparagus, fingerling potatoes, pine nuts, tomatoes and basil; and the flat-iron steak served with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes and herb oil. Guests will enjoy the third course with Clos du Bois Sonoma Merlot. The meal concludes with Sammy’s sticky toffee pudding served with a glass of the sweet Ruffino Moscato d’Asti.
