South Beach Resort Now Accepting Applications; Luxury Residential Development to Start Move-Ins this December

South Beach Resort Now Accepting Applications; Luxury Residential Development to Start Move-Ins this December
The wait is over for more than 3,000 people on an interest list for 220 coveted residences at the new South Beach Resort, where luxury boutique hotel meets residential living, with lease agreements commencing this week.

What makes the innovative new development so in demand are all the amenities, according to Bob Schulman, co-chairman of the development company, Watt SB, LLC. “Basketball courts, an outdoor fitness center, a ‘Central Park’ the size of a football field, a splash park for pets and 1,500 activities already on the calendar for 2017 are just a few things that make South Beach Resort special,” says Schulman. “There’s nothing like South Beach Resort anywhere; not just in Las Vegas; but anywhere in the world. With this development, we’re creating an entirely new model for residential living.”

Located on Russell Road just east of the I-215 Beltway, South Beach will open to residents this December with lease rates starting at $1,095 per month. Offering contemporary design with top-of-the-line interiors and finishes inside, and countless community amenities outside, South Beach aims to make residential living feel like a vacation. These include Central Park, featuring a tropical saltwater pool, an oversized hot tub, a 16-foot outdoor television screen and a 26-foot fire table with seating for up to 20 guests. The 12,000-square-foot Resort Hall, which is designed to look like a common area of a luxury hotel, is complete with a “Blow Out Bar” and an automated restaurant, as well as health and wellness offerings.

Set in oasis-like, tropical surroundings, South Beach’s 220 luxurious residences embrace a sexy, contemporary, art-deco balance between island minimalism and elegance. The one- and two-bedroom homes will range from 680 square feet to 1,380 square feet and include state-of-the-art technology throughout, including a smartphone app that will control several features within the home, including the thermostat, ceiling fans, alarm system and door locks, in addition to controlling security at the entrance to the complex. Each residence will also have an in-unit safe.

Starting this month, lease agreements can be arranged on South Beach’s website, www.southbeachvegas.com, with move-ins planned for December through spring.
